Horrid experience. Will NOT be returning. First, they forget to make my family's order. We're stuck waiting while a whole line gets thier food first. Then she made it with the wrong bread. I've been there with 2 workers and it was a better experience. There were 5 workers there and they seemed more concerned with talking amongst each other. Was not worth the price, and the workers need to PAY ATTENTION.

Ordered lunch waited 15 min watched everyone else get food and the team just chatting. Ummm wheres ours.. oops we will start that. Got our food sons sandwich was supposed to be hot why is the bread cold, They fixed that. Then my husband noices his bread is different. So i asked. Why is my husbands bread different, we didnt ask for it. Oops want me to remake. No i want you to do your job right. We spent 60 dollars and left shaking our heads.

Have y'all ever actually eaten your own sandwiches? One napkin total given for 2 full sandwiches is laughable. The food is good, the service is very slow, and lackluster.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that during your lunch rush you have a cashier and another girl just standing there not doing anything. You have four other people working max pace and these two are just sitting having personal conversations one is literally leaning against the counter not doing a thing! Very frustrating I won’t be back. I shouldn’t have to wait almost 20 minutes for a sandwich

This place is the definition of horrible customer service every time I have come to this location the staff is rude and the food is always cold by the time I actually get it because I am told “we’re working on it” and out of spite for having to do their job they let my food sit and neglect to tell me it’s ready until I have to go and look for my order (which they had clearly hidden behind other bags) and didn’t actually acknowledge me until I said something. If you don’t want to work at a sandwich shop find another job rather than being spiteful garbage employees

"we unfortunately ran out of bread" More often than not I hear this at around 8:30 at this location. I just think you don't want to make sandwiches past 8:30

Went into get sandwiches this evening for my family for dinner, the guy (heavy set glasses) sorry no name tags, was clearly annoyed that I ordered sandwiches for my family and not friendly at all his demnor was very rude. Then I had forgot a sandwich so went to the line again(nobody in front of me) completely ignored me while he made online orders not hey just a minute or anything (same guy I just ordered from). Finally acknowledged me and I asked for my sandwich we go to check out and apologize for needing another sandwich.....not a word he just walked off! Then I got to thinking why am I apologizing for asking you to do your job.... I won't be back to this location anyways. Side note the counter was pretty dirty the slicer was filthy. No greeting when walking in the door like they normally do. Very disappointing considering my order was spendy :(

I went in yesterday because i was gifted two gift cards for this restaurant, these gift cards are the only reason i went in. I was charged full price, not the gift card price, and had to sit around for 40 minutes to get the situation figured out. I understand that this might not be the employees fault, rather the machine, however what IS the employees fault is the unhygienic conditions. The lady there touched my phone to type in the gift card number and went straight back to making food without washing her hands or even changing her gloves. My boyfriend ordered the chicken cheesesteak and due to it being undercooked he got food poisoning and was throwing up all night. Definitely will not go here again.
