This Starbucks location is known for its welcoming, efficient, and consistently positive staff who truly make the location what it is. The team is friendly, attentive, and clearly takes pride in what they do. They care about their customers, which makes a real difference. One staff member is described as very skilled and sweet, making a matcha super special with beautiful art. Another team member, Ozzie, was very sweet and helpful, offering a warm welcome and even helping to grab a bandaid. The team is friendly as always.
The location is not perfect for driving, but it is a no-brainer to kick off the day or sip on something during a gorgeous drive in North Idaho. The environment is fun, and they get the coffee right at least 99% of the time. They care about what customers drink. Dietary restrictions are handled well; if you tell them what you need, they will help get the best cup of coffee for any allergies or restrictions. One customer got a Summer Refresher and 4 cake pops, and when they forgot the strawberry one, the staff was very nice and gave an extra cake pop. The strawberry one is delicious. Pop cups are also a hit with dogs.
