I came through drive through and had ordered an orange juice for my son whom has nut allergies and when I was handed the bottle I checked the label and it was a no go for him. So Heidi the manager took over promptly on a busy morning and was so graceful with us. She was unbelievably caring and reimbursed us as we returned the orange juice. My coffee was delicious too! I rarely go to starbucks but had a wonderful experience today! Thanks Heidi and team!
All positive, nothing negative. Been going to this particular Safeway for yrs & sometimes will pickup a blended mocha with chocolate & carame at the Starbucks & they always make it great. No complaints.
