i've had good and bad experiences here. almost a year ago i ordered a grande but wanted a venti cup with extra ice. the lady would not give that to me and she was extremely rude. i have been back and i've had any other normal starbucks experience. just okay but i will keep going back

Nothing like awesome service and delicious beverages that makes me smile!! Drop on by, finish your shopping and than pick up your drink. Friendly staff waiting to create your beverage.

My girlfriend got a coffee from here and came back very sad. She said the lady was extremely rude, and was talking down to her. This was around 11 am 8/10/2021.

I had to wait for someone to realize I was standing to order and once they saw me they weren’t very friendly. Starbucks drip coffee is just okay so the review is primarily about the customer service experience which was sub par. There’s also no place inside Safeway (where this Starbucks is at) to sit. There is some seating outside but weather isn’t always agreeable.

Burnt bean coffee and higher prices than others. Not a fan. Much better coffee just around the corner off HW 2.
