We are regulars at Jimmy John’s. Of all the Jimmy John’s that we go to, this is by far the best one. The staff is extremely friendly. My son loves going there. I highly recommend this Jimmy John’s over any other. keep up the great work!

So been here copious amounts of times and usually always have a good sandwich. But the man who took our order was incredibly rude right off the bat. He looked and acted miserable. He also just seemed like he hated being there. I get that people have bad days but you still need to act a certain way for customer service.
