So been here copious amounts of times and usually always have a good sandwich. But the man who took our order was incredibly rude right off the bat. He looked and acted miserable. He also just seemed like he hated being there. I get that people have bad days but you still need to act a certain way for customer service. They have really upped their game. We have gone here for years and about a year ago. The consistency changed and it was rough. Whoever is in charge now is making sure that everything is great. The last time I went there about a week ago it was probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had made there. Good job on improving the quality.
Disappointed with my visit today. We ordered in the drive through and when I got home all the sandwiches are on bread that is rock hard on the outside. It's expensive for a family to eat out so for us it is supposed to be a treat but after today's visit I will think twice about coming back here.
