Impossible to park in a tiny strip mall on the Mullan side of Argonne. Employees literally stood around chatting while I was trying to order. Placed a mobile order but added a drink when we got there. Place was clean. It's Jimmy johns. If you like subs you'll like this place. Their bread is heavenly.

Where's the rest of my Ultimate Porker sandwich?... Shrink-flation to the max at Jimmy John's.

This is the last time that I'll buy Jimmy John's... Too bad, they used to be so good and filling.

Order through Jimmy John’s and waited a hour and never received my food. I called the store and he said he would reprint it because they hired uber. I am hypoglycemic, I I ordered in time to make sure my blood sugars didn’t drop now I’m having to spend more money to make sure I get something.

love jimmy johns. but if you’re gonna have a slogan of freaky fast then have a wait 20+ minutes then don’t have it. this is always by far the SLOWEST jimmy johns and probably one of the busier ones too

I ordered two regular sized sandwiches and they give me freaking slims. What the heck. I’m really disappointed. Alani can for reference. I can’t support a business that doesn’t give me what I order.

Didn’t even eat here but the teenagers at the counter were extremely judgmental, rude, and when I was looking at the menu they wanted to stand at the register staring at us making me feel rushed. Dirty looks and laughs after we left without ordering, service sucks, food probably does too.

Not sure what’s going on with this franchise but the bread seems smaller and for the price the math is not math’in . 20$ for giant sandwich that’s still tiny 🥴🤨.

If you want a mini sandwich get the mini John! Paid $10 for the world’s smallest sandwich. There was one piece of each meat and like a slice of cheese. I am so disappointed.

See picture. It's been enough times now that it's a pattern, and I'mma use my lunch break to actually write a review. From the order time on my ticket to sandwich in hand was just over ten minutes. This store is so busy with online orders that the patrons inside aren't served to standard. The lady ahead of me also waited the same ten minutes. This, when the second sandwich-making station for the drive-through was unutilized for much of that time. Meanwhile, what looked to be a manager was just standing in the back of the store, arms crossed, watching me on occasion but doing nothing. The workers are fast and pleasant but the volume they're trying to complete is insane. Worse, once I get back with the sandwhich there's essentially no turkey on it. Two slices, maybe, when dissected. Paid $12 for the privilege. I will not be going back.

Baffled that it took five 15 year old kids over 10 minutes to make 1 sandwich. Kids just goofing around going slow motion when the manager watches and does nothing.

Good food. They recently made the sandwiches ALOT SMALLER they aren't worth the price anymore. It feels like you're getting half of what they used to make you.

I got a pickup order for a giant spicy east coast Italian, and they failed to add the peppers which is the reason why you get this sandwhich. It was also slow preparation for what is supposed to be fairly quick.

5.11.25: Had to drive into town to run an errand and afterwards I felt like a veggie sandwich from Jimmy John's. However this time, I decided to try a different location and test their veggie sandwich consistency and freshness. When we walked in we were greeted right away and I was surprised how big the inside dining area was. It wasn't busy and actually empty the entire time we were there. Mother's Day could have affected this. Anyway, I proceeded to order the #6 veggie sandwich and my friend ordered the Turkey Tom and added salami, peppers, and oil & vinegar. My sandwich was really good and consistent with the veggie sandwich from the other store. Bread was soft and delicious as usual and all my veggies were fresh and crisp. There was adequate cheese and the avocado spread tied it all together nicely. My friend was pretty happy with his choice and said it was really good. The employees were nice and had good customer service. The store was brightly lit and noticeably clean. I would visit this store again. It's worthy to note this location has a drive-thru, but no outdoor seating.

3 slices of ham, 1 pc of bacon, no mayo, no cheese on my sandwich. Asked for no tomatoes and got those on there. Won’t be going back to this location.
