I showed my orders that I wanted chicken sub with no other toppings, they told me they would add more surcharges to it, so i then added to my order chicken with tomato and lettuce with little bit of mustard sauce. Derick was the one who was taking my order- obviously was really stupid to actually pay attention that I already asked for chicken sandwich and I was served a sub that only had lettuce, tomato and mustard no meat. I was so frustrated how expensive the sub was with almost nothing to it as I was in hurry to go somewhere. I will never go to that place ever again. It was so slow, I waited over 25 minutes for my sub. Everyone at the that location looked like they didn’t really enjoyed working there and took so much time to prepare. They were backed ordered of probably 25 subs that had not been prepared. If you want faster service go elsewhere where there are better service and more mindful workers.

i LOVE jimmy johns! i always order the same thing every time. my sandwich had the correct add ons, but the bread was a really weird. didn’t taste right, squishy, almost felt a little raw. also the portions tasted weird :( usually i always have a good experience at all the different locations in spokane so i was surprised!

I just got a sandwich from here and said extra mayo, cucumber and no tomatoes and they literally didn’t put any mayo in it. Super dry. You’d think since the thing came with mayo in the first place that they’d at least put some on it. And since I paid EXTRA, for extra toppings.. idk big rip off though. Not the first time this type of thing has happened specifically at this location. They act like it’s hard or complicated to make accommodations to the sandwiches. Whatever guy was at the drive through would not quit saying “is that all” after literally everything I said. Idk about anyone else but that’s annoying. Whole experience was dumb

I enjoy the sandwiches here but the last four times I’ve ordered online , all the add ins I add to my sandwich are never on it . Not one time have I received what I ordered . I don’t get why give the option to customize sandwich’s if they don’t ever actual add them on . If not for this I’d rate it higher but it’s gotten ridiculous at this point .

This specific Jimmy John's location use to be the best in the Spokane, not so much anymore unfortunately.

There has been a marked decrease in quality and quantity of their sandwiches over the last couple years, but the last two visits have convinced me to discontinue doing business with them.

The sandwiches are lighter on meat and veggies, they add items like cheese even when the menu doesn't have it default and none was requested, it's hit and miss whether you get the condiments you ask for (they've claimed to be out of jimmy mustard for two weeks now).

It makes me sad because Jimmy John's and Caruso's were my favorite sandwich places and now they've both significantly dropped in quality and service.

Edit: Seems Jimmy John's owner responded pretty quick with a feedback form on their website for me fill out. I'm not interested in giving you my personal information. For those interested it's the Argonne store. I'm not interested in compensation just done being a customer. If problems can't be solved based on Google reviews then I don't think I can help you further.

After reading some of the other reviews it appears I am not the only one who feels this way. Your delivery drivers are extremely rude. The girl that usually delivers my food likes to have an attitude and last time I ordered she literally threw it on my desk without a word. And they wonder why they don’t get tipped. You tip for good service. And I have not once received that. I order from here all the time but I will no longer support a business who allows their employees to have an attitude and treat people this way. It’s ridiculous. If you hate your job find a different one. Don’t take it out on customers. Edit: The generic response given with a link to a survey 10 miles long is not worth my time or appreciated.

I only order delivery on uncommon occasions, but they always seem to remember who I am right away. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and my order is always perfect.

As someone with a history working in food service, I hope the staff are well compensated, they absolutely deserve to be.

The norm is fresh bread, today I'm sure we got yesterday's bread, though bread. Ordered at the counter and left with the sandwiches, the bread was very hard. I hope they quit using yesterday's bread.

We are allergic to fish! Every time I use this location they give me a tuna fish sandwich instead of one of the sandwiches I have ordered. I always state the order twice to be sure they understand. I verify the order at the driveup window when picking it up. What is WRONG with these people! Besides sitting at the driveup window & unwrapping both sandwiches, there doesnt seem to be an option to getting the food we have paid for! We live 25 minutes from their store & I really don't want to waste my time returning it for the sandwich they should have made me; even if they'd do that. No other Jimmy John's has screwed up our order. What is wrong with this shop!
