Alright, Happy Cake Co. takes the cake…literally. Their flavors and frosting are incredible and are right up there with Novalee Cakes. They do so many intricate designs for their wedding cakes and they don’t stop there - they do cupcakes as well! Not only that, they can make super cute, festive cakes for any occasion. My husband stopped in to get me a birthday cake, not realizing that cakes were pre-order only. The owner ended up decorating a birthday cake for me, while my husband waited. It was incredible!
