Just to start I am a 60+ Texan here. I will say they nailed the tenderness and the smoke, plus great Bbq sauce, but no seasoning. Please for authentic Texas Bbq, you can not be shy on the rub. There are excellent rub recipes. 5 stars when you incorporate this into the ribs and brisket. I do love the ambience, and our waitress was fantastic! Great BBQ for the Inland NW.

This is a nice location for a couple or a small party to enjoy BBQ. They have a great selection that included your standard brisket and a variety of BBQ chicken, and buffalo chicken. They have a bar that serves beer, and a limited selection of drinks. It is out of the way, but if you are in the neighborhood, and you are craving BBQ, this is a solid choice.

The food here is wonderful and they smoke all their own meats on site. They also have a full bar and this is a great place to meet friends or to cone watch games on their big screens.
