KFC in Spokane

“This was one of the nicest KFC's I've ever been to! The restaurant was very clean - all of the tables were wiped down, the floor was swept, and the booths were clean. The employee at the register was very polite. (My receipt said his name was Dron, but I am not sure if that is correct.) The manager/supervisor was present, though I didn't get his name. Another customer suspected her chicken wasn't fresh, so he made her a completely new meal and didn't seem disgruntled in the least. My partner and I both agreed that our food was definitely fresh and very flavorful. I could tell the grease used wasn't old, which is something I've experienced at multiple other locations throughout the country. I am not a big fan of fast food for a multitude of reasons, but I would definitely recommend this specific location. Great job, employees!

Parking: Small lot. Easy to miss when heading Eastbound, as the entire building and parking lot is blocked by another building.“

“Pieces of chicken were tiny & you couldn't even tell what it was. Also I asked for butter & honey pkts for our bisquits 2 times & the gal said oh yes they are in the bottom of the bag. We only had 2 bisquits & no butter & honey!!!! But it made me angry. I don't think I'll go back due to small tiny pieces of chicken & NO butter & honey for our bispuits! Not good for business folks. 👎“

“We went in last night & Kevin the general manager was more than helpful. They were short staffed but he was friendly and our entire order was correct. I’ve never had such a great experience at a fast food restaurant. Definitely will be back!“
