London and her team are truly amazing! There are not enough words to describe how much we enjoyed working with them for our wedding. All of our guests could not stop RAVING about the food. London is truly a joy to work with and her entire team is professional, timely, and so helpful. I would hire them in a heartbeat again for any event!

London catered our event which was quite a ways out from Spokane! She was great to communicate with, provided amazing menu options and then executed the dinner perfectly. My guests raved about the food and presentation. London had her timeline down pat, had no issues with getting out to our ranch, and was a joy to deal with (as well as the staff she brought with her). I would recommend London’s Ultimate Catering to anyone that wants to have a top tier, stress free experience!

Hired them for my moms birthday. They were amazing! So professional and organized. Set everything up, tore everything down and the food was outstanding!! Highly recommend!! Can't wait to use them again!

Our bartender Esau was the best! Everyone was talking about how great he was and asking for his name for future events. London also catered our dinner which was wonderful, their staff was professional and efficient and I never worried about the food and only heard great things from the guests. Highly recommend- especially bartender Esau!

I had an event in September 2021 and London/team made it the best ever! Even though my event (bridal brunch) was small and during one of the busiest wedding/event seasons ever, I felt like I was still treated like a VIP the whole time.Food- oh my gosh I am still dreaming about the menu. Chef Elizabeth busted out a beautiful brunch sent from heaven. Everyone loved the food- it looked beautiful and tasted even better!Service- my brunch was at a cabin that we could only get to by boat. No problem- London and Elizabeth were mobile and Elizabeth met us at the dock/our boat to head over early the day of the brunch. I had communicated with London, who took down all the requests and made the plan of action with me for set up, materials, menu, timing, etc. She was able to help with decisions based on her expertise, helped me save money, and gave me many no-pressure options to build the event however I wanted. When I met Chef Elizabeth the day of, you could have thought I had the conversations with her directly- nothing had to be repeated and everything was perfect as described. Doing this planning from out of town and over the phone was not a barrier at all like it was for many other vendors. Elizabeth was so sweet and very talented at her craft. She was efficient in set up and take down. Top notch service from start to finish! On that note..Communication- would recommend London based on communication alone. 2021 was insane with events, every vendor was slammed from squeezing in all the 2020 reschedules. I was planning this brunch, my welcome party and wedding for this weekend from out of state, and dealt with many vendors in the process- you cannot value communication like London’s enough!!! I live in reality so I didn’t expect anyone to get back to me immediately, but London exceeded expectations and always kept me in the loop/communicated in a timely manner. 10/10!!! So rare!!Amazing, picture perfect, delicious food to match the phenomenal service from start to finish. A couple of my vendors independent from each other recommended London and it is clear why her reputation is so great. VERY happy that I was able to book catering with London and would highly recommend!!PS their honey shallot salad dressing is to die for. I could literally drink the stuff.

Her new Fall Salad was visually stunning and so yummy, as was everything. London is a total professional - creative, Organized, punctual and just an overall good human! Love working with her staff. They’re the very best!

London and her team worked hard to create a delicious and beautiful evening for our celebration. Our guests raved about the food. As hosts we were amazed at the extra details and helping hands that went above and beyond from start to finish.. I knew when I saw the photos online of their creations, the food is what I wanted for our party. The bonus was how great the people are behind the food and event they create! London’s Catering did a fantastic job catering our daughter’s wedding in May. She brought a crew out about one month ahead and prepared and served the hors d’oeuvres and meal recommended for the wedding. Everything was delicious. The food for the wedding was just as delicious as the preview and the bartender did a great job making sure that everyone got one or more of the libations available. They also did a very good job cleaning up after the wedding, I would highly recommend them for any event for which catering is desired.
