James is the best bartender ever!! I’d highly recommend checking Luckys Pub for good drinks made by Spokane’s best bartenders including James, Carlos, and Anja! Duh! They’re always slanging drinks with a smile + they’re always down to talk. The upstairs has a pool table, small arcade bar, and darts. It’s a standard dive bar in downtown SPO but the food is great with optional pull tabs. As a bartender myself, don’t forget to tip the staff! They work hard! And play harder! Sometimes they have DJ’s perform if the touch tunes isn’t your style but it’s always a pleasure to walk into the bar. The staff is amazing + the food is immaculate!
P.S.: don’t listen to the fear mongers on KXLY about the “shady people” in downtown Spokane. It’s like that anywhere + they don’t bother you if you don’t bother them.

Stopped in for a quick adult beverage. Good local bar with friendly staff. Has pulltabs, pool table, and just a great atmosphere. Decent music selection and good choice of drinks. Also, the regulars were very friendly to an out of towner. Good place all around.

Me and my buddy were going there for a little while. It was really nice at first the bartenders were great. We had one guy that was complete idiot that shouldn’t even be making alcohol and then we went last night and got told to leave because they were demanding tips, so if I was you, I wouldn’t go there if you’re looking for a cheap bar just go to nine next-door to the wolf Apartments or go somewhere else I would not recommend coming here at all. They are very rude. And against the LGBTQ community and I don’t appreciate that very much and I know there’s people out there that follow me that don’t believe in that either

Luckys bar was probably our favorite stop of the evening. The music was loud and pumping, the crowd seemed engaged and we’re dancing. The bartenders were friendly, and we’re quick to serve. Unfortunately, we are just passing through town. Otherwise I could see this being a fun neighborhood watering hole. If you’re in downtown Spokane, look up Luckys bar, it was a lot of fun.
