I had the pleasure of eating and sharing stories with the owner of Chkn-N-Mo, Bob Hemphill. This has been my long time favorite chicken spot in Spokane, Washington. For me, hand breaded fried chicken wins fast food chicken all day. Bob has been in business at this location for 33 years now and he's really perfected his craft.
