I recently tried Mamas Take and Bake under the new ownership, and the difference is night and day! I had the lasagna, and it was absolutely delicious—the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the ingredients were top-notch. The salad was fresh and tasty, and the bread was a real treat! Everything was fantastic, and I’m definitely coming back, most likely next week. If you haven’t tried it yet, this is a must-try! Highly recommend!!!
Looking forward to the new owners. It’s pretty clear they care about this community, can’t say as much for the prior owners. It’s sad one can give false reviews to try and make themselves look better however past reviews speak for themselves. Looking forward to supporting this establishment once they’re up and running and able to get beyond all the “surprises” thrown their way.

Based on customer reviews, Mama's Take and Bake offers delicious food made from the heart with huge portions. The meals, including the chicken enchiladas, baked spaghetti, lasagna, and breakfast pizza, are fantastic and delicious. The salad is fresh and tasty, and the bread is a real treat. The staff is really nice and provides lovely customer service. Under new ownership, the difference is night and day, and the owners clearly care about the community. The food is deliciously amazing and made from the heart. The service is to die for, and the crew is amazing. Customers highly recommend this establishment and are definitely going back.
