I came in with my mom and my sister and they gave us the best customer service. We even walked out to our cars without paying and came back and paid and they were so nice about it. The food was so good and so were the drinks. They also make a flight of coffee and then glitter drink. We didn’t try but they looked really cool.
Ordered a delivery from them and they completely forgot an item. Called them to let them know, and the person that answered the phone said there was nothing they could do. We asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on us twice. This is also the 3rd or 4th time they have burnt our coffee. So it'll be the last time.
Great food and super friendly staff. My BLT and cinnamon roll was amazing. I would probably eat at this place every day if I lived in Spokane.
