By far the WORST McDonald's interaction I have ever had in Spokane. Advertise things on their menu, then when you order it, you're a liar and they "don't have that here." When you mention it being on the menu, "No, it's not." And the manager Joe or Joel that conversation with us, what a joke. Horrible customer service. Horrible representation of customer service. Had we been talked to like respectful adults, maybe a different outcome. But wow. Went to a different one and way better...read full review
