Giving 5 stars for Lucas specifically.
What started out a bad trip to mcdonalds for a happy meal and ice cream for my granddaughter was turned around into a good visit thanks to Lucas.
I hate the ordering kiosk, I believe if a human can take my order, they should. And, after the kiosk failed at placing my cash order, we were upset because we had waited a long time for nothing.

Izzy and Kevin who were working the drive thru were very polite, fun and professional. I would recommend both of them for management opportunities as they arise.
