If I was diabetic they could've killed me. Luckily instead my teeth just hurt.I ordered a sugar free vanilla iced coffee. It was taking a while so I went up to the counter to inquire about my order, I was informed they were out of sugar free vanilla and she asked if i would like a different flavor syrup. This was all fine and dandy, I understand they run out of things.But while I was still talking to her, a different boy put my order up without a word. No mention of the fact that they used the full sugar syrup. I wouldn't have known until the toothache set in had I not asked about my order. (I took the coffee anyway because I hate wasting food, and now my teeth hurt and I have a headache lol. I would have rather chosen not to have any syrup at all.)I order sugar free because sugar hurts my very sensitive teeth but sucralose and aspartame don't. However if I was diabetic this could have resulted in a very serious unanticipated blood sugar spike.So I appreciate the service of the lady who helped me with my order, but not of the lad who served it.Please take into consideration that many people order things less convenient to make out of necessity, not because we're trying to make your life more difficult. If someone orders sugar free or diet, it's probably for a good reason.

Drive through 2 cheeseburgers. Cheese right out of the refrigerator, bun dry and crispy.
Dirty everywhere. I cleaned off my own table to sit down. Cold food and service was slow for not being no more than 4 people sitting down and eating.

We had originally called before we arrived to see if we would still be able to get breakfast. The manager lily told me yes, and that this wouldn’t be a problem my husband arrived and was told no when he got through the drive-through so I called again and she apologized, telling me to have him come in and that he would be served, I called my husband again and had him go inside for the male cashier at the counter Tell him that lily is in a meeting and that they will not serve breakfast I tried to call again to speak to lily and she asked where we were and why we hadn’t been served and then proceeded to hang up on me. This is horrible customer service, and I won’t stop leaving reviews or trying to call until this is made right i just wanted my damn mcmuffin
