I was helped by the team last week and the service could not be better. They are amazing. The smoothie was even better than the service which i did not think could be possible (they make a mean smoothie, clearly). I can't thank them enough, and i will be back.

This place never ceases to amaze me at how horrible it is. I want to continue supporting local businesses but they make it impossible for me to ever consider coming back to this place. It doesn't matter if they have 1 or 15 people in line, you always have to wait 20+ minutes before order is ready, whether you order online or in person. Today I ordered online an hour before coming in thinking my order would be ready to pick up. IT WASN'T!! I came in and they told me it would be ready in a few minutes. That few minutes turned into a 35 MINUTES WAITING!!! I asked them again if and when my order will be ready and they had the nerve to ask me if I ordered online or in person??? WHAT DIFFERENCE IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MAKE??? One employee said they will start it soon and another said they are working on it. I immediately left without saying a word. You can keep my money!! I would never have waited that long if you had simply been honest with me from the beginning instead of lying to my face!! This whole time they only had 6 customers when I came in so I know they weren't busy. Another young lady that came in before me and waited a long time gave up on her order and told them she was leaving. As soon as she left the employees got angry and had an attitude complaining about the customer amongst themselves. What an awful thing to witness. I have never ever been this disgusted by how employees talk in open about their customers behind their backs!!I blame all this on terrible management. DO YOUR JOB!!! Train your employees properly in customer service etiquette! INNOVATE and find ways to speed up your order process!! If not, at the very least try to make your lounge more comfortable and welcoming with better seating instead of the hard stools if you expect your customers to wait in there for such a long time!This place has a great potential, but at the current rate you won't have much customers left if you continue business as usual!

Walked in because my daughter asked me to pick up something. While I was there I thought I would try the Banana Peanut butter toast. For the price of just under $8 I thought I would gert two slices. I was floored when I got my order of just 1 small slice. Save your $ and don't order the $8 banana peanut butter toast!

We absolutely LOVE Method. The staff is always cheerful. The juices are always fresh and delicious and the curry bowl is a family favorite. And if you haven't tried their vegan cookie dough, you are missing out. If you are looking for a fresh and healthy food or beverage option, Method is the place for you.

Method chose to not alert dasher and I of an out of stock item they subsequently replaced the item with a juice. 1 I am a diabetic...2...this does not replace the meal I chose 3...there was no refund given.Grateful for a responsible Dasher who went the extra mile to endure my refund and his job completed promptly and properly. He earned himself another 10 bucks just for doing the right thing. NICE WORK BRADLEYMethod take not it's only a few seconds to do the right thing ...

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I have been going there for 10+ years and in the last few years it has gone way downhill. How is it consistently bad and always the same issues!? Whether you go inside to order or place an online order it never fails - 1) they either take forever, 2) don’t make it at all and you have to remind them or 3) have no clue about your online order!Why have that as an option if you don’t check it??? On top of that they are not friendly.Today I placed an online order for lunch - walked over from work thinking surely it will be ready 50 minutes later, but nope! Didn’t even know about the order! How does this literally happen almost every single time!!? Seriously the worst customer service.My coworkers and I want to support a local neighboring business, but at this point it’s ridiculous and ruins our lunches. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but when it consistently happens it’s so frustrating and honestly quite shocking how they don’t strive to be better.

Lady with the dark black hair, is great. Blonde lady, wearing camo pants, is downright rude. She wondered around yapping on her cell phone, then I realized she works there. She walked out and let the door slam in a customers face. She’s completely obvious to her surroundings.
