I’ve been coming to Mod pizza for quite some time now and I’m always pleased with the quality of food and the service I received. Recently, I’ve been thoroughly impressed by one of your new hires. Naveah I believe? She introduced herself to me as she sees me often and was so friendly and polite. Great to see that kind of service still exists.

I ordered the Italian salad, only to find that the lettuce/greens were wilted and brown and tasted old. I found the training for complaints to be a bit lacking apparently. As I share this with one of the workers and he seemed confused and not sure what to do with my comments. Otherwise my wife's pizza was fantastic.

Always a great place to go. Lots of options, friendly staff, and true to their motto they are 'super fast!' Kid-friendly and great pizza for dine-in or take-out. Never had a bad experience here.
