I used to love going here, and was so impressed that the value was still really good comparatively to others . However that changed. Nice work MOD $10.50 for a pizza when it was $8.95. I think a lot of people are going to find that not worth the value. Sorry I won't be back :(

I've been to several Mod locations, but this one really goes above and beyond. The staff are incredible; they greet me by name, ask how my dog is doing, and are just genuinely caring and friendly. The food is always spot on, is done quickly, and the ingredients are high quality.Do not skip on this location. Absolute top tier.

Which totally relaxed me as I was racing to order, fearing a 9pm store closing. Kora the pizza technician listened carefully as I placed my order accommodating my every wish. After I ordered, I went to wash my hands and I grabbed a Drink, I love the Marionberry Lemonade! I turned to my table and I was delighted to see my pizza on the table. Naomi the Manager had perfectly cooked my pizza. The Number One thing I HATE with many pizza oven places is BURNT CRUST!!! Naomi Got crust JUST RIGHT! Naomi's friendly, honest conversation was a SURPRISING GIFT... A TREAT!!! Naomi's Welcoming Ways made this by far my Best Mod visit. The Pumpkin Spice Cake treat was a JOY : ) THANK YOU. I WILL BE BACK. And I will tell my friends how Great the Shadle Mod Pizza is.

I usually love Mod, but the service at this location needs to be improved. Our family went here for our children's school fundraiser and we're waiting in line for over 10 minutes without being welcomed or even looked at. I understand that there were Uber orders, and other orders were being worked on - but being welcomed and "we will be with you in a moment" goes a long way. After waiting for a while longer, we decided to skip the fundraiser, and eat dinner somewhere else.
