“The wild mushroom Toad in the Hole was fabulous. Make sure they get the yolks runny, if you prefer. Eggs Benedict was perfect. Aperol spritz, light on the Aperol, heavy on the prosecco was the right accompaniment for Easter Brunch. Most brunches are buffet which we stay away from. The bread is heavenly. Slightly Crunchy out side and buttery goodness inside. Reserve a window or if the weather is nice, sit outside since the one room restaurant is noisy during high census. Very high class for Spokane (I've lived 48 years here). I hope they continue this venerable culinary gem.“
