We encountered this food truck at a community event in Spangle WA. This is by far the best BBQ we have ever eaten. The beef brisket is so good. It just melts in your mouth. I recommend the hot BBQ sauce, my wife liked the milder variety. The prices are really good for the quality. The only drawback is you have to wait for a special event. We did buy some of their BBQ sauce, but it's not quite the same at home as it is enjoying their cooking. We look for their events all the time, and if close, we take advantage.

You can never get enough! Everything is good! All the sauces are nuts, but you gotta try the bbq mustard sauce....ohhh! Smoked Mac and cheese.... delicious! Don't forget the Queso! I could list it all....Yum!

A smoked flavor in each bite, in each item! Except the slaw, well and do we want that? My favorite is actually the chicken leg and thigh. Which kept me coming back to keep trying their options. The teriyaki bowl it's probably the most favorite dish I think of others, they always seem to be sold out. Which it is really quite good.The mac and cheese and the beans as well are quite tasty and consistent. Friendly service, very good memory, seasonal truck. Probably my favorite truck in Spokane.

Got done reffing a football game out at Liberty High School and got the pleasure of meeting Kacy and getting to try his incredible bbq and mac and cheese. Nice job jarhead. can't wait to try some more.

The fine Nordic Smoke BBQ family catered my Nephew's and Niece's wedding last night! Absolutely outstanding!!! The Pulled Pork with their hot BBQ sauce was sooo good! (Looks like they will sell there sauces online ) The Beef Brisket was the best I have EVER had! No wonder it was on Drive In Diners and Dives!!! The coleslaw, potato salad and cornbread were yummy! When I am in spokane next I will be tracking this food truck down. Highly suggest their family catering business for your next event!!
