Met up with some of my longtime friends for dinner by the river, and it was the perfect spot to catch up. We sat out on the patio, and the ambiance was definitely the highlight; beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere, and a great place to spend the evening.As for the food, it was good, but it didn’t quite wow me. The drinks were a bit underwhelming as well. Overall, I’d come back for the scenery, the patio, and the experience.
We come here often and have always loved it. Love the drinks food and service. But not this time. We went into the bar and there was only 1 other person. We were not greeted by either bartender, a few men came in after us and they were served right away. Then another same thing. It took 15 min just to get water. Never asked if we wanted a drink or a menu. Finally took our drink order and appetizer when we asked to put in our dinner order we were told to give him a few. Again...
I have had lunch at the Osprey many times and have enjoyed the service especially by David. The menu is great and the prices are reasonable. When meeting people for lunch I like to recommend it also because of the view of the river, the atmosphere and unlike downtown the parking is free.
