waited over an hour for our meal. once the food came out i was astonished at how huge the rolls were. all the rolls taste the same but one stuck out to me. the rainbow roll. once i took a bite i immediately regretted it. tasted like someone had farted in my mouth. was absolutely foul. i’d like to add that the crab wasn’t even real, all of it was imitation crab! wasn’t a good experience for me but may be a good one for you..

I go to Gonzaga, place accepts bulldog bucks and is right next to campus, very good food, pretty pricey (cheapest full dish is 14$), but great as a once in a while place to go with friends.

We ordered the miso soup to start, a small app, short ribs, 2 sushi orders and every single dish was absolutely delicious. The fish and rice tasted fresh, the ribs were well seasoned and tender and we agreed the miso soup was the best we've had in town. The waitress checked with us frequently, she was so sweet and made sure our food was to our liking and accommodated our special requests. The atmosphere was comfortable, clean and spacious. If you haven't been here yet give it a try, we left with tons of leftovers and a full, happy stomach!

Mary and I stopped in for dinner, our first visit. We were greeted by very friendly staff and seated, Our beverages came right out. We tried the Rainbow roll and Philadelphia roll; both were delicious, so fresh. You should get in here and give this place a try!

Stopped by on a whim. We got the teriyaki chicken and the unagi don (special of the day). Both dishes came with miso soup. The chicken had a nice char to it, and wasn’t drenched in sauce. I like that they went light on the sauce and offered to bring more if you prefer a saucy teriyaki (which I don’t). I think the salad had some sort of ginger dressing. I enjoyed it.Had a bite of the unagi and it was delicious. The miso was tasty too.We just had water. It was good: not infused with fruits or melons, not soapy. Just good iced water. (I’m not generally a fan of water so I like to comment on it.)Prices seemed a little bit high, but portions were generous and we had leftovers. The restaurant was clean, food came out quick, and the server was attentive.

Phenomenal service, phenomenal food. You really get your bang for your buck. My favorite appetizer was the Black Rose, the sauce and texture were so yummy, perfectly savory and crispy. Our server has the sweetest, kindest soul. My boyfriend's entree had miso included, mine didn't, so she gave me miso soup on the house. She also gave us two rolls extra on the house. My boyfriend's only complaint was the selection isn't as big as most other sushi places. Overall loved the experience, the food just kept coming, and we left with our bellies full and happy hearts.

College student sushi spot. Great service. The sushi is pretty sub-par. Not bad or anything. Just for a very basic American palate.Parking: around the back has some parking available. (near the froyo shop)

It was fine but not very flavorful and not a lot of bang for your buck. People are super nice though!

My fiancé and I eat a fair amount of sushi and we were sadly disappointed with the overall experience here. From a dirty kitchen to bad fish in our rolls that we sent back (and we never send food back), we were not impressed. To top it all off, no apologies for the bad food either. Between the bad food and the poor experience, we will not be returning.

Good sushi and all but google said they were open and everything so we drove out there only to find it was closed? They really need to update everything

We met some old friends last night here, The services was excellent. The foods is probably the best sushi I've had in Spokane. The fish was fresh and succulent it was like Spokane was near the ocean. It was apparent that the chef only used the freshest ingredients. Our friends were really impressed with the service and food. They came all the way from North Carolina and said this made their trip. Would recommend to any sushi lover in Spokane.
