I used to be so cheap with sushi. Until I found out my place was using imitation meats. Then I tried here. Hhh it's a bit much for my frugal food spending, 15 to 20 per role. But oh my... I came in for a late lunch on a crazy stressful day and I swear the lady could sense my exhaustion. I had never been here before so she was very sweet explaining how to order, etc. I ordered shrimp tempura and the monster roll. She brought the shrimp tempura out first with a bowl of miso that was on the house. The shrimp tempura and the miso were so wonderfully fresh and tasty! We came here looking for a good and quick meal, and that’s exactly what we got. The food was fresh, delicious, and served hot within minutes. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick. I also really appreciated that the meal was served in to-go boxes right away — it made things super convenient since we could pick up and leave without waiting around for help. Not something you normally see, but I really liked it. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely come back!
