Friday 19th Between 11:30 and 12:30 Lunch time: had a problem at Spokane Location and no one ever got back with me.
I just love this place. 1st off I must say the ppl are incredibly sweet and charming and I've never felt more hospitality at a restaurant in Spokane. This is the best Thai food I've found since my actual time in Thailand and it's one of my safe places as a non meat eater 😁 I am greatful for the extra veggie option in place of protein in many of the dishes and they are very generous. We ordered the chicken satay at the Spokane location only to realize it was barely seared and almost completely raw. Unfortunately due to the amount of sauce we didn't realize this until we had finished all but a couple bites. Our servers response was unconcerned and very nonchalant about the situation to the extent we did not feel comfortable eating the rest of the meal so we canceled it and left.. we have messaged the FB page to deal with the issue privately and been ignored....read full review
