My wife and I were very pleased to have dined at this wonderful location. For breakfast, my wife got the pancakes and I got the Davenport breakfast. Then for lunch, my wife got the grilled cheese and I got the salmon both of which were quite amazing.
I love the Davenport Hotel...it is nostalgic and beautiful. We go to the Palm Court restaurant every big event...like yesterday, my granddaughters 21st. birthday and we always are treated like royalty. Dione was lovely and fun and made it memorable, but all were fun and kind and it was a treat as always to be there. The hotel is iconic and the stroll through the halls and peeking into the ballrooms is just a thrill
Mother day brunch. Service was okay but food took a while. Delay in French Onion soup, not very good too much bread and little soup. Berry Salad was great. Vegetable soup has some ingredient that made all of us cough so we didn't eat and had it returned. Prime rib sandwich was decent and crème brûlée was good. Solid 3/5 for hotel meal.
