Panda Express in Spokane

“I just wanted to write a review for the absolutely fantastic crew I encountered tonight. I made an order through the Panda app and a slight mishap happened between orders which required me to wait a tad longer but the absolutely kindness, A++++ customer service and constantly asking if I'd like to take something on the house for the wait which wasn't nessecesary at all but it was much appreciated. They worked like a well oiled machine, that was one hell of a crew. This was Wednesday night October 16th, 2024. Thank you for the great food as always but the kindness and fantastic customer service. Hope you guys had a good night ❤️“

“This is one of the better Panda Expresses to go to. They give really good-sized portions, and I know everyone loves that. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the restaurant is extremely clean.

Vegetarian options: They have a couple of items on the menu

Dietary restrictions: They have steamed vegetables and spring rolls

Parking: Parking is limited but available

Kid-friendliness: All Panda Expresses pride themselves on being kids friendly, also hosting a kids menu“

“Always a great experience since coming here. They have the beyond orange chicken which is fantastic and the staff is super courteous and helpful! They are the best and everyone should experience Pandas At this location! Thank you very much to all the staff!“

“I love panda. This is my go-to . I would eat this every night if I could I love the shrimp with the walnuts that is my favorite one and the orange chicken is a little spicy but I love it just as much and the beef and broccoli is really good and the egg rolls are super yummy and the rangoons I love the ragoons.“

“The only reason I don't give straight 5s is the people always seem new and a bit scattered (frequent turnover?). There's no atmosphere to speak of, but it's not that type of restaurant (sit down, date night place). Although the food isn't traditional Mandarin or Szechuan, it's well cooked and has great flavor and value. For a quick snack or family dinner, it's a good place to stop by.“

“Going to start out with saying; Night-shift is night-shift and you're always gonna get lazy "I don't wanna be here"/"I showed up drunk lmao" quality but that's everywhere. I always go during the day due to that fact and today there was a wonderful girl working SOLO since what I'm assuming was opening, which in a busy mall, is a daunting task. She had everything stocked, fresh, and cleaned; and had amazing customer service, even when dealing with customers complaining their food wasn't 'saucy' enough (we know the types who take advantage of solo workers to get free stuff; personally everything on the line looked better than most Panda Express' I've gone to)I don't know if these reviews do anything (and I know it totally looks like I'm advertising) but as someone who has managed three fast food businesses, that was a textbook example of how to deal with entitled and rude customers while maintaining a friendly and efficient work environment, if I could give more stars I would.“

“Would have to say excellent customer service. Went in at a busy hour so my order got confused with someone else's order. I came back 2 days later with the receipt and they made the order correct. I would have to say this is a place where you can guarantee quality.“
