Panda Express in Spokane

“I just wanted to write a review for the absolutely fantastic crew I encountered tonight. I made an order through the Panda app and a slight mishap happened between orders which required me to wait a tad longer but the absolutely kindness, A++++ customer service and constantly asking if I'd like to take something on the house for the wait which wasn't nessecesary at all but it was much appreciated. They worked like a well oiled machine, that was one hell of a crew. This was Wednesday night October 16th, 2024. Thank you for the great food as always but the kindness and fantastic customer service. Hope you guys had a good night ❤️“

“Incredible experience today walking in to a madhouse, completely busy and packed house at 545 tonight. I was picking up a DoorDash order. Staff were friendly and composed despite the chaos. Super impressed with these folks. Shoutout to Micah taking point with customer care“

“Going to start out with saying; Night-shift is night-shift and you're always gonna get lazy "I don't wanna be here"/"I showed up drunk lmao" quality but that's everywhere. I always go during the day due to that fact and today there was a wonderful girl working SOLO since what I'm assuming was opening, which in a busy mall, is a daunting task. She had everything stocked, fresh, and cleaned; and had amazing customer service, even when dealing with customers complaining their food wasn't 'saucy' enough (we know the types who take advantage of solo workers to get free stuff; personally everything on the line looked better than most Panda Express' I've gone to)I don't know if these reviews do anything (and I know it totally looks like I'm advertising) but as someone who has managed three fast food businesses, that was a textbook example of how to deal with entitled and rude customers while maintaining a friendly and efficient work environment, if I could give more stars I would.“

“My biggest complaint is about the soda. With any ice it automatically tastes watered down and disgusting. They did right by replacing the soda, thank goodness. The fried rice and mushroom chicken tasted amazing, leaving me craving more. My friend commented on her dish that the broccoli was too large, even asking if it would be okay for her to use her pocket knife to chop it up.“

“The only reason I don't give straight 5s is the people always seem new and a bit scattered (frequent turnover?). There's no atmosphere to speak of, but it's not that type of restaurant (sit down, date night place). Although the food isn't traditional Mandarin or Szechuan, it's well cooked and has great flavor and value. For a quick snack or family dinner, it's a good place to stop by.“

“Would have to say excellent customer service. Went in at a busy hour so my order got confused with someone else's order. I came back 2 days later with the receipt and they made the order correct. I would have to say this is a place where you can guarantee quality.“
