The manager at this Panda Express is amazing. I was very impressed with him. His name is Nick. He is the manager their very professional. The food was also amazing Thank you
Quick meal. Hate the fact every time I go through the drive through, they ask if I want to donate money to a cause. Sorry, but if I did want to, I wouldn’t need to go through a fast food restaurant to do that.
this is by far the best Panda Express in Spokane. great service and i never have to wait for the food when going through the drive thru. a younger kid in his 20's was working the window and gave me 2 golden coins in change which was also awesome. great job Panda in the valley you guys stand out above the many restaurants in Spokane for fast great service. much appreciated 👍

Panda Express offers a mix of experiences, with friendly and well-trained staff serving up fresh and flavorful meals. The portion sizes are generous, and the food is fresh and delicious. The environment is clean and well-designed, making for a pleasant dining experience. However, some inconsistencies in service were noted. While one staff member stood out for their helpful and considerate attitude, there were complaints about order mix-ups and a lack of teamwork among staff. The recent switch from pre-packaged to freshly made teriyaki sauce caused a slight hiccup in service. Some customers mentioned issues with portion sizes, particularly in the BEEF & broccoli entree, where the beef was found to be lacking. Despite these concerns, others praised the customer service, noting a positive experience when correcting an order. Overall, Panda Express provides a satisfying meal with a side of mixed service experiences.
