I drove off without my drink I ordered and the guy working the drive thru window sprinted across the parking lot where I was parked to give me the drink I forgot. Absolutely amazing customer service, thank you all for being so awesome!
Isabel was so sweet in the drive thru today at about 8:30pm. My mom was short on a little change for her dinner and Isabel surprised her at the window with a discount. Thank you Isabel for your act of kindness, seriously!! Great customer service and all!!!
This is my favorite panda express location! Very friendly staff and they give good portions compared to other locations who are very stingy I'd recommend this location over the other ones in Spokane
