I don’t normally rate restaurants like Panda but their service today was exceptional. You could tell they were shorthanded but their employees were so efficient, working hard, and even gave us drinks while we waited. At least 3 different employees checked on us and let us know it wouldn’t be much longer. I still think our order was done before the app estimated it would be.
Your associates are always smiling and so polite, I’ve noticed a new employee (I could be wrong) I think their name was Jaco, but she was very polite, very smooth with our transaction and had a smile on the whole time! Props to them!
Came in an hour from close, and I had ordered some rangoons, which they had none of on the line but offered to make me some, while I was waiting I asked the (I think) manager how spicy the dynamite chicken was, and he was very kind and offered to give me a piece of the chicken in my meal. It’s pretty spicy by the way, but really good. Very kind staff will definitely be back
