I drove to this location after a bad experience with door dash earlier and I just wanted to say even with them being short staffed and very busy they were so incredibly nice! Sana helped me and she had such great energy and was very cheerful at the window and order screen, even with her running around trying to get things done. Really turned my night around :) thank you!
We went to this location this past weekend, Rebekah was awesome! She greeted us, engaged in conversation as she was serving our meal, she was smiling and all was so genuine. She is the perfect example of what fantastic customer service should be. Why am I raving about this? Customer service today, unfortunately, no longer exists. When walking into any place TODAY, you're lucky if you get greeted let alone smiled at. The rest of the staff there that day were so good as well....
Several times they've run out of super greens & I've had to wait for them to cook more while the others in my party are almost finished with their meals. My last order of mushroom chicken didn't have any chicken in it. Insufficient amounts of food in pans to choose from at times.
