Our family has been a consistent customer with the store on Val Vista & Southern in Mesa AZ for many years. I tried to order online tonight but it wasn’t available at this time. My husband went to the store with a WRITTEN list of what we wanted and the store got it wrong. The pizza that should have been a family size was only a large when we got it home. We ordered pizza tonight from Papa Murphy's. I ordered 2 mini murph's for my kids. One of them was missing. We called to the store check to see what can be done. The person on the line took our information and said we would get a call in the morning. We wanted our pizza for tonight for our kids, not a call in the morning. My husband and I have a getting our pizza here for many year’s and have never been disappointed. Friendly service and always quick. They even remember my husband doesn’t like olives! I recommend this Papa Murphy’s franchise.
