I ordered my NYXL as in the past from Prescott Valley store. The first few bites were fine but then caused a terrible taste and made my mouth inflammation like black pepper. I stopped eating it called the store at 5pm and spoke to a man who identified himself as the supervisor. since I had an un-eaten pizza I wanted a replacement for dinner. He advised they don't use anything that makes it hot except the spices. He refused to acknowledge the terrible taste. My mouth is...
