Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I walked in at and they took my order at the register. It took over 40 minutes for me to revive a single pepperoni pizza. I tipped $10 and I wish I could get it back to be honest. The teenagers in Cheney have never made me wait more than 5 in years.

Getting very tired of supporting Businesses who don’t care about how they treat people. Called in an order today for pickup, told the person on the phone that I had a 20% off coupon in my email. I was told that it would be okay to bring into the store. The coupon itself says redeemable online OR IN STORE at participating locations, NW blvd is listed as a participating location. Went in to pay for a pick up the order to be told by the store manager that the owner does not allow them to accept the coupon in store and only on the app. As a company, stop putting coupons out to draw business and then not honor them! I’m done supporting businesses that cheat to get ahead! On a $65 order to have pizza for 8 is a $13 dollar difference because of FALSE ADVERTISING!

Called the order in fir a certain time. Three hours ahead. When we stopped to get it it wasn't ready and they were taking walk ins first.

You forgot to give us one of our pizzas but somehow you’re bothered that we came back asking for it? What gives?!?! That’s crazy to me that you wanna blame the customer when it was YOUR MESS UP!! We already paid for it! Just smile and give it to us. Sorry for the “inconvenience” pfft.

The first time I went to this location I was a walk in customer and had to wait 50 minutes which is absurd compared to other locations. The longest I’ve ever waited at a Papa Murphys is maybe 10 minutes. During my walk in wait, a person who ordered online got there and had to wait about 30 minutes for their pizza because somehow one “got lost.” To try and cut the wait time down the second time I decided to try out the online order, I ordered at 4:45 and arrived there at 5:30 and confirmed online that the pizzas were complete before walking in. The pizzas were not even started when I got there and I had to wait an additional hour in the store to receive my order and didn’t leave until 6:30. Never will I again go to this specific location.

PaPa Murphy's has been going down hill for a while. Although there staff is always friendly, the quality of there pizza is a toss up if you get a good one or not. Some of them cook just fine but I have been getting about one out of three that the crust does't bake well.

I had ordered two pizzas at 4pm and said that they would be ready at 4:50pm. we had gotten there around 4:45pm. There was an extremely long line of people waiting by the online pickup sign and the assistant manager said that that was the line to check in at. We waited in that line for about 30 minutes (the line didn’t move at all) and then someone said that you were supposed to check in at the register. the assistant manager made a very snarky comment about “not screaming loud enough to come to the register to check in”. they said that they won’t even start making the pizza until you “check in” (so stupid). The assistant manager, Taci, was nothing but rude and terrible to EVERYONE. she was EXTREMELY rude to her employees as well as us customers. i have never had worse customer service than this. I talked to a very kind employee and she had told me that this assistant manager, Taci, makes her uncomfortable and is always disrespectful and nothing but rude to her employees. Several other customers said they will be calling the store and writing a review about this person as well. Our pizza order is also completely messed up and wrong. This is extremely disappointing and my heart goes out to all of the workers that have to deal with her.

I ordered a half and half pizza with vegan cheese and 3 toppings each. When ordering online it stated about $21. But I decided to order in store instead. When I got rung up the employee got confused when entering the order and by the time he put everything in, the total was about $32. I thought it was weird but figured I must have input the pizza incorrectly online so I paid. While waiting, I checked again on my phone and found that I was correct so I brought it up with the employee. He stated he must have made a mistake. Then when he checked on the computer, he said it was because of the vegan cheese. I then pointed at the sign and explained the prices on the sign and added them up, finding that according to the sign, the total is $23. He then said I don't know and I am not allowed to do refunds so I needed to drive back down there to talk to his manager. I explained that I was going out of town then next day so that wouldn't work. He shrugged and that was it. Didn't offer to have a manager call me like I felt like he should have. Love papa murpheys but never coming back to this location. Definitely avoid it if you want your food rung up correctly.

Update: they asked me to submit my issue and receipt on the link. It's been 2 months and no one has reached out. I tried sending it again but it won't let me because it states that it was already submitted. Never got a refund. I mean this seriously, avoid this location. This is all really sketchy.
