“Ordered online and once I walked in the door, staff greeted me and inquired about my order. Had it ready to go as always. Popped it in the oven and it was perfect. Super easy and there are often coupons if I need to save some cash. The staff are always cheerful, which is something since they are mostly teens!! The owners are usually very supportive of the community with fundraisers too.“

“We love Papa Murphys and recently changed to their thin crust. I’m not sure if this is better because I feel like I eat twice as much! Delicious pizza and the staff in the Spokane Valley near Target is happy & friendly. We are lifelong customers.“

Parking: I don't know how many spots there were but I know that when we went to pick up our pizza there were plenty of open parking spaces. They also have handicap parking“

“It is kind of expensive unless you meet their preferred costumer list. Then you take it home and if you cook it right it's good. What you want to add olives to that? Maybe need a home loan. Go to Mod pizza have all toppings and they cook it for you.“

Dietary restrictions: My son in law is very allergic to mushrooms, so they made ? sure that there were no mushrooms on the pizza and that they had clean gloves on.“

“The manager of this store is so kind and understanding.!!! I have epilepsy and the flashing sign affected me being a bright white light.! I asked them to consider turning it off for me and anyone else it could affect.! They kindly turned it off and apologized and even sent a note out to other branches in town to consider doing the same.! All in all she’s an amazing manager and person and has a great team working as well…! Pizza is usually always on point but my last order was littler messy and the thin crust was not thin thin like it usually is. Was a medium fluff to thin. But I know they would have taken care of me if I called.! Overall 5 stars.! ?“

“Very friendly, offered to carry my items to the car, always look clean & professional, and were able to give me the online deal when the site was down. So, honorable on top of it all!

Weekends get really busy, and whatever time they quote you usually isn't long enough, so schedule ahead or you'll wait for your order to be completed. They also make a limited number of sides in advance, so schedule ahead to make sure you get the ones you want. Those would be the closest things I get to complaints. Anything else has more to do with me: I often send my order to the wrong store - this is the Wandermere location on Division NOT Newport HWY. I also try to cook two items at a time in a conventional oven NOT convection oven, leading to bad heat distribution and frequent interference in an oven that gets hotter over time... poor dessert pizzas.

Oh! Bring the smores pizza back, please! Or trial some Mini-Murph dessert pizzas. That could be fun.“

“I placed an order and immediately got locked out of my car. By the time I was going to be there, the store would have been closed for 15 minutes.

I called and let the manager know the situation and he was incredible and made sure I still got my food. I wish I had had cash on me because he and the girl on closing shift deserved the world. I'll always come to this store from now on. Amazing service!!!“
