***EDIT***I received a call from the manager and found out that their phone lines roll over to a call center. DEFINITELY VERIFY WHERE the person is located. It's a complete game changer! Manager was amazing, provided EXCELLENT customer service and made things right and then some. Definitely appreciated the completely different experience.Thank you again!Error with online order, called store, explained the issue and without saying anything put me back on hold for almost 8 minutes then disconnected the call. In store the person picking up the order told them of the in issue and they refused to change it unless I went into the store in person even though I had called.

The wings were awful ?. The pizza and melts were fine. First time trying the melts and I'm a fan. But the wings were terrible. Almost no sauce to cover the taste of how bad the chicken was. Pretty disappointing ?

I used to never have any problems with this location. I ordered 2 medium sized pizzas and 2 personal size for my kids. Found strands of hair in all pizzas! The personal size had more strands of hair! We are so disgusted we never finished them and toss them all straight in the trash!

I asked the guy to tell me the specials and he kept saying well tell me what you are looking for and I’ll know what kind of specials to tell you about? I want to hear the specials and he just keeps asking me what I want so he knows what to tell me. I want to hear the specials all of them and so he hung up on me. I know you’re busy but you’re not saving time by asking stupid questions

The place was very clean and organized. The people working there were very nice and helpful.
I normally love ordering from Pizza Hut, but my order never arrived and my local store wouldn't answer the phone so I kept getting sent back to the call center. So frustrating. I got charged but didn't get any food.Update: I sent an email per Pizza Hut's request, and it has been over a week without a response. Still very unhappy about my experience and the lack of communication with Pizza Hut.
When I put in for a delivery and never received the order and called, the guy named Staci basically yelled at me and asked why I waited so long. I was trying to be understanding Incase they were busy. He hung up on me and when my husband called to get a refund he also hung up on my husband. Horrible service at the shadle pizza hut in Spokane Washington.

Dang make customers cry when they dont deliver the food they paid for? Thats crazy. If you need a refund gary helms "the manager" doesnt work on Sundays so if you order food and dont receive you are screwed. The manager on duty is not able to do anything is insane. Garbage shift manager

Unfortunately I can't give a good rating. The manager heard my name and said its in the oven without even looking at other orders. ( same name as another customer) i told him mine was ready per the sign in lobby and the app and he said no its in the oven ,so I sat and waited. The manager then tried to hand me someone else's order and when I did its not mine he looked confused and was like yes it is. I told him I didn't have that much food so he finally went and looked in the warmer where my food had been sitting for at least 10 minutes. At that point the food didn't taste as fresh as it could have been if he paid attention to what I was saying.Parking: Shared parking and not many options

Went to pick up a fairly large order (3 bowls of wings, bag of sauces, 2 pizza melts, a 2 liter and a 20oz bottle of pop) and the guy working took a couple trips to get everything to the counter. I let him know that there's a bunch of homeless guys around my car so I'm going to need a bag. I can't possibly carry everything and get into my car. He finds some small paper bags but put the bowls in sideways so the sauce leaked out as well as making the bags soggy and weak.So frustrating. Make sure if you're picking up a big order to bring your own bags
