We enjoy going here. The food is always good and the drinks are delicious. I did have one frustrating visit though where one of the workers ignored my request for half sweet. I think it's important to acknowledge these requests in case someone has issues with glycemia. But that was one visit out of many.
I really like this place, I get it all the time. But it always seems like the workers who make my bowls are in such a hurry that they don’t listen to what I’m saying. One time I asked for my sauce on the side, they said OK, and then put it right on my bowl. And the reason I asked for it on the side in the first place is because they’re not paying attention to how much they’re putting on the bowl and they’re basically turning my Poké bowl into soup. Put off going to this location due to the poor reviews. Just visited for the second time to get boba and it was a great experience! Smoothie and milk tea were totally yummy. The guy did accidentally make us the wrong flavor of smoothie but as soon as my husband pointed it out he whipped up a new one no problemo and was completely kind about it. We'll def be back multiple times!
