Love the food. Although not a fan of the pickup curbside because you can check in and wait 20 mins at least I did the first time. I ended up just going inside to get my food. Tonight same thing I checked in 3 times before someone finally came out to my car. The place was dead tonight when I got there. I would have went in myself but had a sick kiddo in my car.
SOOOOO SAD! Love the chicken fingers and cane sauce....this time saw the tea - asked the young man at the drive thru an said they had UNSWEETENED tea! I asked if I could get a gallon - he said yes they could make a gallon - I get to the window to pay - he handed me the gallon of UNSWEETENED Ice Tea - obviously did not open and drink from the gallon - instead - got back to work and UGH _ it is SWEETENED! Could not drink it an had to throw it out......SOOOOOO sad! But again...
This is our second time visiting this location. The food is good, but a little pricey. Love the Cane's sauce. Chicken was hot and juicy.
What SHOCKED me was the way the Team Lead in the pink shirt spoke to an employee....IN FRONT OF patrons dining in. I felt so sorry for the man cleaning the floor and filling tea. The team lead, woman, was condescending to him with us standing right there!
