Had to try this restaurant out as all I heard was how great it was. Personal experience was the service was okay, the food was edible, but nothing to write home about. The prices were a bit steep in my opinion for what it was and the refill policy on their drinks was not very good.
Paid extra for texas toast and extra sauce for two of the sandwich meals and only got two sandwiches, no lettuce on them, no sauce, and with the saddest amount of fries on the side... the food tasted great but I was just trying to get a full meal for my boyfriend and I after working a 10hr shift... please just pay attention to order details, its really not that hard to do the bare minimum at your job.
Love Canes!! Simple food, simple menu, consistent product. Expect only chicken, fries, slaw, and toast with Canes sauce, sweet tea and lemonade, so good! This location has terrible parking, we had to park in the Home Depot, drive through was not busy. Small restaurant and noisy. Staff was great.
