Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

If I order a damn Bacon cheeseburger I would hope to get some Damn Bacon on it. Tell the cook they need to do better even at the end of there shift!!!!

My Togo order should have been ready at 6:30 it wasn’t ready for 15 min past. When I got it they missed part of the order. When I went back inside to tell them the girl at the Togo counter argued with me (telling me the appetizer tsunami shrimp came with a side Caesar but not steamed broccoli) I showed her the menu and my order proving I ordered the entree and not the appetizer. Only then would she ask the kitchen for the missing side.

Where to start: 20 minutes tinger drinks (soda), the the pretzel bites were burnt but the cheese was ice cold, frozen in middle actually. Salmon was slimy with bones, the broccoli was raw. Fries cold and the ranch was way off. My salad was half edible. Three of yhe four meals werent edible nornthe appetizer. She was so busy incouldnt even complain. Just was really rough.

Food was okay, service was medium at best. The waiter never came back, not for drinks, refills or asking how everything was. We had problems with the side dishes, but no way of letting them know. The soda machine was broken so only water and hard liquor was available.

So my friend took my kids and I out for my birthday. It was pretty awesome. I will say that a tiny mishap occured with my 7 year olds burger but the gal that tended to us dealt with it swiftly and professionally and the assistant manager, I think, maybe, it was the manager, was spectacular and found the time to do it himself to ensure everything was all good. This was an awesome experience.

Tried to use restroom at the Hoopfest event, didnt let me because i didnt order anything... went to 24taps free restroom and better beer, choice was made

I dont know man is it just me or are people getting Hella cheap went in for a to go order got onion rings and nachos look totally understand 1 dipping sauce for the onion rings but one small dipping cup for nachos and menu said 8.99 for onion rings they rang me up at 13.99 so im a little mad about this

we get there today around 2:30 for a late lunch. we get seated at a dirty table, there was full unions from a burger still on the seats. we got our food in a timely manner but it was awful. we all got fries that were cold and tasted stale. my grandma got a sandwich that was just thrown together, the bread was so thin it was falling apart. at the end the server asked if we wanted boxes we said no thank you because we didn’t really like the food and she snapped at us and said “well you should’ve told me that earlier” and walked away even though we didn’t want new food we just didn’t like it. really wish the food was better that was really disappointing.

I had a take out last night. The lady who was working the Togo station was the rudest person I've ever seen in customer service. Her name was Eloni. I asked a quick question... How long will my order take and she responded with: as long as it takes to cook it. Then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to cancel my order. A server was passing by and apologized to me because she overheard how rude this woman was. I overheard this woman screaming at the kitchen workers and servers. If I was management I would let this one go... Bad look.
