Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I use this specific Red Robin as caterers for many of my departments events and they, and Tim, have NEVER let me down or left me regretting my decision to order from them. Every time I order from them people rave about the food, rarely leaving a crumb behind. Tim has helped me out for each event. He is prompt, precise, on time, friendly and goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. Good on Red Robin for making such a great hire in Tim. I want to end this by sending a huge shout out and Thank You to Tim!!

Parking: As with most downtown locations in larger cities parking can be a challenge but isn't impossible.

Kid-friendliness: My daughter is 9 and loves going there!

Parking is a little hard but the service and food was great. Very busy place and it is a loud atmosphere. Near lots to do. They were able to accommodate our group of 10 pretty quickly.

Parking: We parked in a lot and walked.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs available and busy fun environment would be good for kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible. But it felt tight walking to the table so im.not sure how easy it would be to navigate.

For quite a few years now Red Robin has been a great spot to go out for burgers and fries on a Friday night. And amazingly it’s not overcrowded.

My wife and I were able to enjoy a couple of burgers with bottomless fries. She is gluten free and she was able to get a gluten free burger. Their fries are awesome too and worth getting the bottomless option if you’re looking to fill up. We also ordered garlic and aioli sauce and tartar sauce, which did not disappoint!

We also liked the service as the lady was attentive but definitely not overbearing. I did like the payment system where you just pay up through a portable kiosk that sits on the table. Super convenient way to pay and get on the way.

I would recommend for you to try this place out if you haven’t been!

Parking: Gotta park on the street, I believe that would be the way to get close to the restaurant

Went in for mine and my moms birthday dinner we came to get the Red royal Robin and the tavern harvest burger ,they overcooked my moms tavern burger but we had a very sweet waiter Greg and he helped us out and fixed our order for us thanks to Greg we had a great birthday dinner and we will be coming back to this location !

I wouldn’t even give it one star if possible, our server started off the evening telling us about how long of a day she had and how tired she was. before proceeding to not ask me what side I wanted with my burger. When we tried to tell her I wanted the upgraded garlic fry’s with my meal she told me she had “already sent the order off”. Quite Rudely. and frankly I don’t care if you already sent it off. apologize for forgetting to ask as you do 1000 times an day and go get it fixed! She then brought me regular fries with my meal even tho it was not what I asked for and said she’d ring in a side of garlic fries and “get it out soon”. I did not get my proper side order until the check came out considering everyone had finished their meals. Never in all my time as a server have I brought someone food they did not want and didn’t get my mistakes fixed before the person finished the rest of their meal. Leaving them to walk out half fed with a to go box of the proper food. Do better girl It’s simply not that hard to work at a Red Robin.
