The food is really mid for the expensive price. $20 for “smoked” (not actually smoked) wings is an insane price for an appetizer. Our server was great and super quick though!

Food was fine. The atmosphere was very open. Service was good.
Ultimately im dissatisfied with the stores policy of automatic 15% gratuity for a party of 6.

This was my third try with Remedy. I live in the neighborhood and so I would absolutely love it if this place was consistent. The first time I had a great salad and a great glass of wine. The second time, same salad, not so good.
This time I came in and I must have missed that there wasn’t going to be food and that I wouldn’t be able to get a glass of wine or even a water because they were in between brunch and dinner and their point of sales system wasn’t working.
Normally, I wouldn’t leave a bad review about that, but they offered nothing in return as I just sat there….No voucher to come back a different time or any suggestions other than saying sorry. I left without anything to eat or drink. Bummer!

I really want to love this place, as it’s our neighborhood watering hole. I also don’t write reviews for anything less than positive and spent a few years in the service industry. Good luck here.
The passion for great food and great service is obvious in every detail at Remedy. The food? Absolutely incredible. Every dish is crafted with care, bold flavors, and just the right touch of creativity. You can tell this isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a passion project built on quality and community.
Whether you're looking for a relaxing night out, a delicious meal, or just a place that feels like home, Remedy delivers on all fronts. Can’t recommend it enough. Thanks to Mike and team, for doing it right.

Ate here many times. Tonight took 15minutes to order drinks and another 15 to get. One hour for food! Worst fish tacos any of us have had. We will never go back.

I remember coming here in 2017 and thinking it was sooo good. I want this place to better. It's one of few restaurants on the South Hill and I feel like it could be so much better with a bit more oversight, training and someone taking ownership of the kitchen. The food has been so underwhelming on my last three visits. We keep coming for drinks as it's a central location for my group, but the food is meh and while I know the industry is tough (I work in it too), the cost for what you get is really unjustified. Seems like there's plenty of manpower in the kitchen when we come, so is anyone tasting the food or looking at it as it leaves the line? Someone's got to take the lead there in the kitchen.

Maybe it just wasn't their night but we really didn't enjoy the meal. Staff are very friendly and helpful, however. A return is unlikely. 😞

Great reuben. Best drinks in town and the best bar for 90s punk rock! Mike’s doing an amazing job!
Love this neighborhood friendly bar, whether you’re grabbing a beer after work or out for dinner with the family, you’ll enjoy it! Great service, owners are awesome, highly recommend!
I love a good French dip and the French dip here is super good.
I ordered a spicy Alfredo pasta shell dish. The sauce was fantastic, the pasta was mushy.
