Manito Tap House (MTH) is a restaurant located on the South Hill known for its friendly service and tasty food. The staff, including servers like Hailey and Chelsea, are attentive and make guests feel comfortable. The food is creative and consistently delicious, with favorites like the mole enchiladas that are creamy, flavorful, and well balanced. Customers also praise the green chili mac, calling it the best mac-and-cheese around, and the sweet potato fries, which are some of the best around, especially when served with gorgonzola bacon dip. The menu offers a good variety, and daily specials add to the fresh dining experience. The beer selection is impressive, and the bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly. The bar area has fun touches like foot rails made of railroad rails and springs, creating a cool atmosphere. The restaurant is busy but not too loud, making it a good place for conversations, though some reviews mention it can be noisy, especially when music is loud. There is also an outdoor patio for additional seating. Portions are generous, and service is quick and attentive. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming, making it suitable for both groups and solo diners. Overall, Manito Tap House remains a popular spot for those seeking good food, friendly service, and a cozy environment.
