Richie is a true craftsman when it comes to cocktails. He not only creates one of a kind drinks, but also truly caters to the customer. He has fun with his job and makes the experience unforgettable. Definitely a spot that doesn’t get enough attention in Spokane. Highly recommend and if you are lucky Richie will be here.
I have to say that this little hole in the wall place took me by surprise! I walked in not expecting too much because it was so late, but was warmly welcomed by a gal named Emma and Richie. They both made me feel right at “home” and asked me what I would like to drink. Stayed at the hotel and decided to hit up sapphire for happy hour. I am a bartender and I have to give kudos to this cocktail menu. Every cocktail I had was balanced and executed very well. I had the med flatbread and it absolutely did not disappoint. Jessie behind the bar was friendly, amazing and most definitely knows what she is doing. If you get the chance make sure to check this spot out.
