“I ordered the calamari I loved it. Red sauce was amazing. Friend I was with is not a fan of texture of calamari. We both got the red wine Merlot with dinner. I had the steak black and bleu steak with pasta no mushrooms 🍄. He had the 8oz with loaded baked potato (only) because they where out of the three cheese potatoes @ 7:30 pm . We both loved the food and drinks for our first time here. Dessert was creme brulee and was amazing my first time trying 😋.“

“I recently visited this Mexican restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and decent price!. The salsa was flavorful with just the right amount of kick, and the nachos hit the spot, especially for my pregnancy craving. The toppings were fresh, and the combination of melted cheese, guacamole, and jalapeños made for a satisfying dish.

The enchiladas were delicious as well, with a good balance of sauce and cheese. The rice and beans on the side complemented the meal nicely. Portions were generous, leaving us quite full by the end.

Service was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed, which made for a comfortable dining experience.

Overall, a great spot to satisfy a craving for Mexican food. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Quaint space def more of an intimate setting, had the happy hour fish tacos, they were good. Not too chewy but not crunchy, also hadvthe white martini! It was fabulous. Had a gentleman bartender/ server. He was on it!! Friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is very limited on the street.“

“We have made Black Angus Happy Hour our date night go to. We go for many reasons: the food, the atmosphere, but our favorite reason is their bartender Amanda… and possibly her Strawberry Lemon drops. We go into the bar and sit at the same table that’s now become “our table”. Amanda is fabulous! We go so often now that she has also become “our” bartender. She’s funny, super personable, like you’ve known her forever, and makes sure that our drinks stay filled. It started out as “let’s try Black Angus for date night” to every date night is a Black Angus date night thanks to Amanda. Sometimes we have appetizers; sometimes we have full on dinner. We’ve had an over cooked steak there before, but the manager brings it out and stands there while you check it, and if you’re not satisfied, he takes it back and brings a new one cooked to order. The atmosphere is super chill and very relaxing. It’s a great place to unwind after a long week.“

“In February of 2020 I flew into Spokane to be with my mother who ultimately passed away from complications of cancer at Deaconess Hospital. Your restaurant was the highest rated and recommended steak house by all the hospital staff and locals. I wanted to say a thank you for the special treatment I was given at your restaurant that night. I explained to the hostess my reason for being in town and that I really just wanted to eat my meal and enjoy a few drinks by myself overlooking the river. Obviously that area was seasonally closed, but I was immediately accommodated under the less than usual circumstances and allowed to sit by myself overlooking the Spokane river on a cold dark February night and enjoy my meal and drinks. I have never forgotten that experience and how much it meant to me in that moment and I always remember it every February since. I never got to say thank you to your staff.“

“Ordered a large delivery order totaling over $70 and upon opening one box we found they filled our box with vegetables and lo Mein with maybe one or two tiny pieces of chicken. We called to explain the dissatisfaction and see if we could get a new order only to argue with the person on the phone. Apparently it’s normal for them to portion their servings this way leaving a ton of vegetables with basically no chicken added. Long story short don’t waste your money on kung pao chicken cuz you’ll just get kung pao celery.“
