FORGOT THE BURGERS ON MY BURGER! This isn’t the first time! HOW DOES CONTINUE TO HAPPEN?!?!?!?!?!?! SERIOUSLY!!!
Ordered online! took 5 mins to get there. Waited ANOTHER 15 mins past when my order should have been done! Only to grab my sandwich and it felt really light!!!!!! I ORDERED A DOUBLE!! I can understand giving a single instead of double… but NO BURGER AT ALL?!?! Really?!? This is getting OLD

Newport Hwy Sonic gives Sonic a bad name. Slow service, bad customer service, does not honor correcting their mistake and do not appeared to be trained. Food cold waiting for it! No call backs when complaining was even called a liar. Done with this location!
its the last 10.86 sonic will get from me.. not because of product or store.. but employees!!! its sad that i had to wait 20 mins for 2 shakes.. while 2 young girls stand next to a vehicle in uniform running back and forth to the kitchen bringing there car full of friends free food they were not even parked at a menu.. when i asked to chat with a manager a little blonde girl from that car came over giggled and blew it off.. never again.. while she was eating a bread stick.. sorry...read full review
