South Hill Grill offers a pleasant dining experience with a nice vibe, perfect for date nights or family outings. The restaurant is known for its excellent service and atmosphere. The lamb chops w/Risotto & Chefs Choice Sushi were tasty, although some felt the sauce overpowered the meat and the sushi was unevenly cut. The steak bites were a hit, tender and flavorful, earning compliments for Chef Jake. Guests have enjoyed the chicken fried steak as one of the best, while the pork and apples received praise for being fantastic. However, the lemon chicken was reported as overcooked. While the menu could use an update for more variety, the food and service remain consistently good. The loaded mashed potatoes were great, but the white wine risotto and seasonal vegetables did not impress, tasting bland and soggy. A spot that's great for families with kids looking for a nice meal out, though parking can be limited despite a huge lot.
