Excellent food. Eaten here several times. Tots are great bar food. Steak is very good, eggs benedict is good as well. Have not had anything bad here . Service is always wonderful and fast!

Okay establishment overall. Good drinks, food is okay to good, nice place to take in a sport event on their numerous flat screen TV's. Parking is easy, whole family welcome.

This place is awesome!! We were there on a Saturday afternoon/evening recently and we're very impressed. Our server Tyron was extremely busy but we did not notice as he did a great job of taking care of us! The atmosphere is unique and uplifting. The live acoustic singer was an added incentive to this wonderful experience. This is definitely an upgrade to their old location. Highly recommend checking out the South Hill must! The chicken cordon bleu was amazing and could feed two! My spouse claimed the Ruben is one of the best in town! There is plenty of parking and it's a very safe location!Parking: Shares parking lot with YMCA.

Waited for an hour to get our food then order was missing a dish. Food was just ok, hard bits in the couscous like they dried it out. Wine wasn't fresh, went bad. Not a great experience.

Absolutely fantastic! Sasha is a real gem, and made our visit the highlight of our day. Our food was great, they have a wonderful drink selection, and the atmosphere is cozy and down to earth. I can't wait to come back!

me, my mom, and stepdad all went out to eat here tonight and everything started out good. we ordered and waited patiently for our food. when we got our food, my mom received her burger way more rare than me and my stepdads, which we all three ordered medium. she then asked for a remake politely and we were very patient and understanding, mistakes happen. however when we got the remake of the burger, it was the wrong burger. my mom then asked for another remake and felt awful for being annoying. it took 20 mins for the remake and me and my stepdad had been done eating for a while. at this point, my mom asked for it togo since we were all done. our server was visibly annoyed by our requests which as a server i understand but at the same time my mom is 31 weeks pregnant and hasn’t eaten all day. we asked someone if we could possibly get a discount since nobody offered and my mom had been sitting there starving watching us eat for an hour. the manager then came over and explained to us in an irritated tone that we can’t get a discount since the food did eventually come out and that they cook their burgers to temp, implying that my mom was wrong about her burger being too pink although it was cold in the middle whereas the other two burgers we got were fine. and on top of it all, we received no apology from neither our server or the manager. we saw the workers and the kitchen looking at us and rolling their eyes and talking about us as if this whole thing was our fault. we felt terrible and my mom cried on the way home from humiliation on how the manager spoke to her. if this place messes up your order, expect to feel blamed and ashamed for it.

i hate to give bad reviews to our local businesses but in this case I have to say that the server was very rude and was more concerned about his earrings and phone. With this particular server, this isn't the 1st time that that he has exhibited rude behavior, lack of caring/paying attention to the customer. I know it is hard to get good help so I feAl bad for the owners. It is expensive to go out and one would hope to at least get good service. We won't be going back to this establishment.
