Giving two stars because the atmosphere was lovely. I’m just leaving here after waiting for over twenty minutes on the patio. Waiting to be seated, and the bar tender and server knew my partner and I were outside. The sever passed us twice and checked on other tables already with food. Another couple shows up and sits behind our table. Another ten minutes go by and the bartender gets their drink orders and their food orders and leaves. I have never left a restaurant in my life. I was excited to try the menu and was so extremely disappointed. After working a long day and ready to eat- this just really, Really sucked.

I met with a friend, we ate and had drinks, and I'm so happy we chose The Lantern! Shout out to our server MEGAN! She was amazing, positive vibes and good energy. Always checking on us, the food was so good, and I love mojitos, and she remembered.. very refreshing. Megan did not miss a beat, with taking or order, and staying on point! Always a satisfied customer 😊

I recommend this place for the food and only if you have a good chunk of time to spend waiting and eating!
I’ll start off by saying the burgers we got were phenomenal. My husband and I ordered the Lantern burger and the Perfect burger and they were great as were the fries.
That being said, we arrived around 5:30 on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was not full by any means. We waited an hour for our burgers, which we ended up having to take to go because it took so long. It seemed like there were obvious issues between the waitstaff and the cooks.

Very relaxed atmosphere, so much so it affected the service. I had the Greek Salad with tofo. The lettuce greens were good but the tofu was excellent. Best tofu I've had a restaurant. I want the recipe!

Love going to South Perry Lantern! The menu isn’t big but everything I’ve tried has been amazing-the pretzel and Philly cheese egg roll appetizers, the salad, burgers, and Mac and cheese entrees are all awesome. I’m sure the other things are great too-just haven’t had a chance to try them yet. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. The cocktails are 10/10 and it’s a relaxed, fun atmosphere. I find myself going back over and over again.

Service was great, cute place. Way way too much salad dressing. The food was decent bar food, but did not live up to the price tag. Make sure you are going where you think you are, there was some menu confusion online.

Food was typical bar food, their menu online is not the menu they have. Salads were swimming in dressing kinda like salad soup. The Mac and cheese is good. It's all over priced though. Wouldn't recommend, there's lots of other options in Spokane for the money
