Every single table is taken up on clearly unhoused people. And I’m not against the unhoused, I’m against businesses letting loitering happen (especially for very obvious non-customers). One is sleeping with a blanket over them, others holding cigarettes in their hands. I totally get why my coworkers refuse to come here alone.

The employees here are beyond rude they shouldn’t even be working customer service. I told the employee on register iced and the barista made my drink hot, I kindly said I’m so sorry this needs to be iced! He proceeds to yell at me “TELL THEM AT THE REGISTER NEXT TIME OK” i said I did and he said OKAY. He created a whole scene and quite honestly the customers were disgusted with him as well. Precious to my order, the other barista was also making a scene. What horrible employees!

I came in to get warm with my two friends and my fiance with my dog after having to be outside all night in the cold and they came up to us and told us that they have talked to us yesterday about talking to loud and having are table a mess but we were not even here yesterday and they got mad at me for telling them to chill out and would not even let me speak I would not recommend this Starbucks there is definitely better ones.

I was in Spokane for a conference this week and this was the closest Starbucks. Steven and the crew were amazing - my drink order was memorized within a day and they always created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I am completely serious when I say that this is the best Starbucks experience that I’ve had for years. Highly recommend!

anytime i visit starbucks the music in all locations i've been to around n. baltimore county & carroll county. md is way to loud - very unpleasant to be in this loud environment . do to this i will no longer get my coffee, etc here
