Very friendly staff, quick service, good drinks, and nice interior. All that with its convenient location to the mall makes it a great place to stop for a solution to the mid afternoon drowsiness.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a favorite location for many, described as lovely with a generally good and fast service. The staff are absolutely great, very friendly, polite, respectful, and understanding of medical conditions. They are known to provide excellent customer service, with baristas who can create fantastic surprise refreshers and who know how to have fun with orders. The store is generally clean and well-maintained, with staff seen cleaning tables regularly.
The location serves as a usual stopover, particularly after a walk by the Riverfront. The atmosphere is okay, though the store itself is kind of small. It normally has people inside, but you can usually grab a seat. It offers standard Starbucks drinks, such as the Mocha Frappuccino in a decaf version and the warm White Chocolate Mocha beverage. A notable feature is the offer of a mug for drinks when staying inside, a detail appreciated by long-time customers.
However, the company’s app and website are described as horrible, creating a wretched experience for ordering ahead or changing passwords. Parking can be hard to find during the busy rush hour in Spokane. The store has wheelchair accessibility.
